HP Tuners designs and manufacturers software and hardware tools for vehicle diagnostics, scanning, logging, calibration, and data acquisition purposes. if the two MPVI items are not in that list unplug the interface from the laptop and try again, the computer should auto detect and refresh the list.
Go to Start->Settings->Control Panel->System->Hardware Tab->Device Manager->Universal Serial Bus Controllers -> Look for channel a and b HP Tuners MPVI.
